Resiliency is your ability to withstand adversity and bounce back and grow despite life’s downturns. Mindfulness is learning to direct your attention to the present moment with curiosity and kindness to whatever arises.

Over the last fifteen years I have been delivering trainings and one-to-one work to thousands of people. My passion for learning has never abated and I stay informed of the most recent and well-evidenced neuroscience research, making my trainings based on best practice.
